The average time was 5 hrs 34 min 46 sec with four cyclists beating the 5 hour barrier this year and a new fastest time of 4hrs 21mins.

DURNESS TO DINGWALL CYCLE CHALLENGE
The cycle challange was held every year in June from 2007 till 2014
cyclists set off from Durness in the North West corner of Scotland and cycle south and east to Dingwall, a distance of approximately 100 miles. The route starts at sea level and goes via Laxford Bridge, Lairg, Bonar Bridge, The Struie and Evanton. The highest point on the cycle is 240 metres at the top of the Struie, which is reached after 80 miles of cycling!
